I gave one star because I did not receive the product. My needs in school cannot wait until it arrived. I did check with the seller about this as well as the USPS for tracking of the product. But it looks that it got lost in the process. So I cancelled my order and just bought it locally. I requested for a full refund and it's in the process now.
I would suggest to any seller that once the product has been mailed or shipped out, the buyer must be notified with the proper mailing/shipping info so in case the product did not arrive within the standard mailing/shipping days, the buyer can notified the seller.
In my case, I had to check with Amazon.com/seller after almost three weeks when I didn't get the product. That's the only time I learned that I'd supposed to get the product two weeks earlier.
In the future, if no rush, I might still buy from Amazon. com.
